While the weather in the Bay is constantly changing, San Diego is always beautiful. Growing up in SD has really taught me to appreciate being outdoors! So, I have a little challenge for you.

I challenge you to go outside and spend 1 hour genuinely enjoying the weather. No cellphones. No laptops. No technology. Just breathe. I promise you’ll be ok.
